Relationship IntensivesÂ
Book A Free ConsultationThe Intensive Format:
Immersive, Evidence-Based, and Bespoke
An Intensive is not merely "more therapy". It is a strategic dive into the relational architecture of your partnership.
Over the course of one to four days, we move beyond surface-level symptoms to address the underlying neurobiology of your connection and the unconscious scripts that dictate your conflict.
Choice of Facilitation
-
Solo Facilitation: Work exclusively with me to navigate the nuances of your intimacy and relational history.
-
Dual-Therapist Facilitation (Co-Therapy): For couples facing particularly high-conflict dynamics or complex trauma, we offer a four-way "dual-therapist" model. This allows for more intensive support and the benefit of two clinical perspectives.
Is an Intensive Right for You?
This format is specifically tailored for couples who:
-
Require Immediate Intervention: You are facing a crisis that cannot wait for the slow drip of weekly appointments.
-
Value Efficiency: You prefer an "immersion" model that accomplishes months of traditional therapy in a single weekend.
-
Navigate Complex Intimacy Issues: As a specialist in sex and relationship therapy, I provide a safe, clinical space to address sexual dysfunction, desire discrepancy, or the restoration of erotic trust.
-
Seek Long-Term Stability: You are ready to move from "firefighting" to building a sustainable, resilient foundation for the future.
What to Expect: The Roadmap to Repair
The Pre-Intensive Assessment: Before we meet, each partner completes a comprehensive clinical assessment. This allows us to hit the ground running with a clear map of your relational "pain points."
Day 1-2: Deconstruction & Regulation: We identify the "Cycle of Distress" and learn the regulation tools necessary to discuss high-stakes issues without becoming flooded or shut down.
Day 3-4: Reconstruction & Integration: We move into deep repair work—addressing past ruptures and co-creating a new "Relationship Contract" that honours both partners' integrity.
Secure Your Foundation
Our Intensives are held in a discreet, private setting designed to foster reflection and safety. Given the depth of the work, we only accept a limited number of couples per month for this premium service.
