What TOSS Isn't
This is NOT a group for men who think they already have all the answers. Those aren't the sort of TOSSers we're looking for!
It's also not individual or group therapy.
TOSS is a men's group without the cringe of locker-room posturing. It's designed for self-reflective men who want to improve at the complexities of modern relationships.

The Odd Sock Society Difference

Far fewer exist for honest conversations about intimacy - and virtually none that combine real expertise with the warmth that makes difficult topics genuinely approachable.

How It Works
We start on Tuesday 6th January 2026.
- Every other Tuesday (on even weeks), online via Google Meet.
- One hour meetings: 5:30-6:30pm GMT, 18:30-19:30 CET
- 22 bimonthly sessions per year (with a couple of holiday breaks).
- Short presentation (10–15 mins) on alternating topics: sex, then relationships.
- Group discussion in the main room and smaller breakouts.

Let me reassure you, none of the points above are “problems” to be fixed.
They’re all perfectly normal issues or questions. And, in the right company, they become easier - and even enjoyable - to explore in a safe, confidential space.

Hello! I'm Tiga-Rose Nercessian (she/her)
I’m an accredited Sex and Relationship Psychotherapist. I’m also a specialist trainer and academic researcher. I have been working in this field since 2015.
Personally, I am a queer, multi-neurodivergent, multi-ethnic synaesthete. These aspects of who I am form and inform me and my practice.
My work is trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming, ensuring you feel heard, held, and safe as you explore together.
My aim is to support and empower you to have happier, healthier, and more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others – whatever that looks like for you.

The Odd Sock Society begins Tuesday 6th January 2026.Â
There'll be a maximum of 12 straight men to create intimacy and trust.
Start with a taster session and see if TOSS feels right for you. No pressure.
And yes - everyone remains fully clothed!
The Changes You'll Actually Notice
Within the first few months in TOSS, you'll start to notice:

- A shift from “I should know this already” to “I’m glad I asked.”

- Increased confidence in physical and emotional intimacy.
How To Become A TOSSer
1. Try a free session in January (the 50€ investment is fully refunded if you become a member).
2. Onboarding: If we haven’t met, we’ll do a short 15-minute chat to check fit. You’ll also sign a group agreement.
3. First paid month (€50): Get two sessions to find your footing, as you've got the 50€ credit from the first session.
4. Commit to the year: After that, you join for the year so the group remains closed and consistent.
Pricing & Payment Options
First Meeting: 50€, which is fully refunded if you become a TOSSer
First Month: 50€ for two meetings (instead of €100 due to the 50€ first session credit)
Annual membership: €1000 (pay for 10 months, get 2 months free including initial 50€)
Flexible payment plans are available: 5 monthly instalments of €200
