Welcome To The Erotic Playground!

We get it, we know how tricky - and frustrating - it can be to talk about sensuality, sex, kink, and fantasies. Too many of us had have our yums yucked by somebody. Too many of us have become cautious about who we share these parts of ourselves with in conversation.

We want to replace that frustration and caution with passion and playfulness. With our help and guidance, you will connect with your untapped dreams and fantasies that you long to bring to life but can't quite seem to do so.

Join us on this fun and flirty journey to having an even more spicy and satiating sex life!

What Is The Erotic Playground?

It's a groundbreaking three month coaching programme, with seven delicious workshop themes. They are:

  1. Exploring: Unearth your sensual and erotic potential.
  2. Challenging: Identify and stretch beyond limiting beliefs.
  3. Discovering: Get to know who you truly are as a sensual, sexual person.
  4. Fantasising: Let your imagination run wild.
  5. Playing: Experiment with fun and connection.
  6. Visioning: Create a unique erotic roadmap.
  7. Luxuriating: Celebrate and savour your erotic life.

Why Is It Called The Erotic Playground?

Play is essential for happiness, growth, and connection. The Erotic Playground is a safe, judgement-free play space where you can try new things, mess around, and joyously romp with sexy delight!

This is your sexual playground to explore without limits, guided by experts in the field with both lived and professional experience.

The Erotic Playground is a carefully constructed, confidential group coaching programme for adults, whether you're single or partnered. It is not relationship therapy, as it's just the fun stuff and none of the heavy stuff!

What's In The Erotic Playground?

During the three months, you'll get:

  • Hybrid content (live video calls and access to the online learning library), is perfectly balanced so you can go at your own pace.
  • Biweekly video calls with both of us, to practice activities and have all your questions answered.
  • Weekly supportive updates and reminders, so you easily stay on track.
  • High quality, effective activities from the best in the field with an excellent track record.

How Does It Feel To Participate?

You'll feel:

  • Seen, heard, and validated without judgment or shame.
  • Carefully challenged and supported as you explore.
  • Contained in an ethical, confidential learning space.
  • Exhilarated by dreaming, playing, and discovering new parts of yourself.

Through open-hearted sharing and intimate vulnerability, you'll learn amazing new things about what you find fun and pleasurable. By the end, you'll feel more deeply connected to yourself than ever before.

Meet Your Coaches

We are Tiga-Rose Nercessian (she/her), a Sex and Relationship Psychotherapist specialising in erotically minoritised people, including those who are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, kinky, queer, and non-monogamous,

And Di Hassall (she/her), a Sex and Relationship Psychotherapist specialising in working with queer, kinky and non-monogamous folk, individually and with partners.

Di Hassall (she/her)

I'm an accredited, experienced and down-to-earth Sex and Relationship Psychotherapist whose work is rooted within diversity, especially gender, sexual, erotic and relationship diversity.

I am the Founder of Your Time To Talk, an inclusive and affordable therapy practice, offering sex and relationship therapy online and in the UK.

Also, I train and supervise Psychosexual and Relationship Therapists, both in the UK and worldwide. My ‘specialist subjects’ are relationship diversity, kink/BDSM, and sexuality/sexual fluidity.

I do what I do because I truly believe that healthy relationships are the bedrock of life, and that we all deserve to experience erotic and sexual pleasure without fear or shame.

Tiga-Rose Nercessian (she/her)

I’m an accredited Sex and Relationship Psychotherapist. I’m also a specialist trainer and academic researcher. I have been working in this field since 2015.

I have an innate awareness of what most people don’t look at, either because they don’t want to or can’t bring themselves to do so alone.

When we work together, it’s important that you feel heard, held, seen, and safe. My work is trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming.

Personally, I am a queer, multi-neurodivergent, multi-ethnic synaesthete. These aspects of who I am form and inform me and my practice.

My aim is to support and empower you to have happier, healthier, and more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others – whatever that looks like for you.

A Safer Space

We aim to offer a safer space for erotically marginalised people. If you are queer, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, non-monogamous, kinky and/or part of any other erotically marginalised or minoritised communities, we aim to offer you the safest space we can. Racism, ableism, transphobia, homophobia and any forms of hate speech will not be tolerated.
