The Clinical Approach
My methodology synthesises clinical tradition with cutting-edge, evidence-based psychotherapy. I provide a high-level consultancy for individuals and constellations seeking to architect their relational lives with precision.
Relational Architecture
We examine the structural integrity of your partnerships, moving beyond conflict resolution toward the deeper dynamics of connection, autonomy, and shared meaning.
Evidence-Based Interventions
My practice is informed by established therapeutic modalities and current psychosexual research to ensure a rigorous clinical standard.
Heart-led, Nuanced Intimacy
The aim is relational ease. By stripping away performative expectations, we create the clarity, peace, and safety necessary for your partnerships to thrive.
The Clinical Partnership
My clients tend to be kind, fascinating, and beautifully unconventional adults who value their autonomy and doing things their own way.
Discussing sex and intimacy requires a high level of trust and I encourage you to find a therapist who feels like a genuine match. You deserve to have someone who understands your world without you having to translate it.
Having navigated the experience of feeling "different" for much of my own life, I am dedicated to offering the nuanced, affirmative support you deserve.
For me, I feel it's about creating a space where you can finally stop masking, sink into yourself, and be truly understood.
What Clients Are Saying
"Had to write as that session was AMAZING! So much of my life makes sense now and it really confirmed things I'd often wondered and worried about myself.
I feel so much more confident in myself and my quirks. It's removed a lot of questions and I feel more comfortable with myself. Thank you SO MUCH!”

"Tiga-Rose is as insightful as she is delightful! Her words were phrased in just the right way for my ears to receive them. It's rare that people are honest, especially with the not so pretty stuff. She was able to pinpoint internal struggles I've had since I can remember that no one else has even picked up on, let alone put them into words. She's left me a better person, on a better path with more love and acceptance for myself."
- C.M.
"Over the past 9 months, my weekly sessions with Tiga-Rose have been the most important way for me to develop insight as to how to transform. No matter what I lament over, Tiga-Rose can point out even the smallest positive to take from it.
I find her support has lingered in me. I was recently on a walk and heard her voice in my head encouraging me and challenging me to ask the difficult questions!"
