Welcome To The Glitch-Free Intimacy Guild

A neurodivergent educational community about intimacy, sex, and relationships.

Most advice on sex and relationships assumes a "default setting" that doesn't account for neurodivergent brains and bodies. It’s full of performative gestures, sensory overwhelm, and the pressure to mask.

In the Guild, there's no fixing, no masking.

Just expert guidance, community belonging, and clear pathways to pleasure.

First month free. No upfront charge.

The GFIG Guide
(What You Get)

In The Glitch-Free Intimacy Guild you get:

1. Biweekly Live Calls:
We meet for 50 minutes every fortnight to dive into that week's activities together, or to have a community call.

2. The Portal: On-demand access to previous Live Call recordings and all the Glitch-Free activity handouts.

3. The Tavern: A private, secure Kajabi community to connect with other neurodivergent adults, each on their own unique but parallel quests for connection.

The GFIG Content

The biweekly activities cover:

  • Intimacy & Sexuality: Defining your unique neuroqueer identity.

  • Sensuality & Arousal: Calibrating your sensory needs.

  • The Mechanics of Pleasure: Reclaiming orgasms and the logic of your own unique body.

  • Sexual Health & Safety: Navigating boundaries and wellbeing with comfort and clarity.

  • The Connection Logic: Building sustainable, "glitch-free" relationships on your own terms.

Who Is The Glitch-Free Intimacy Guild For?

All classes and alignments warmly welcome!

It's for neurodivergent adults (diagnosed or self id-ed), who are also: queer, LGBTQIA+ or gender diverse, kinky, or ENM/poly.

It's disability inclusive and an anti-racist space.

I created this space to serve the communities that I belong to.

The GFIG Benefits

1. The Power of "Unmasking" in Intimacy
Gain the confidence to understand and communicate your needs without the glitchs of shame or masking.

2. Sensory Calibration & Regulation
Learn how to design intimate experiences that feel regulated and safe rather than overwhelming.

3. A Custom Language for Desire
You’ll develop a precise, personalised internal dictionary.

4. Community-Validated Belonging
Being glitchy AF often feels lonely. Here, it's the baseline.

5. Neuro-Friendly Pacing
We move at a sustainable pace designed to prevent burnout and maximise integration.

The GFIG Rhythm

We often feel more glitchy when things feel rushed or unpredictable. To ensure you have plenty of time to explore and process, we follow a fortnightly cycle:

Tuesday Week 1: You receive the Activity Handout. This gives you a full week to read through the material and try out the activity at your own pace, in your own space.

Tuesday Week 2: We meet in the Live Call (4PM UK / 5PM CET) to discuss the activity, share insights, and troubleshoot any challenges together.

Tuesday Week 3: The cycle repeats. You receive the next Activity Handout, giving you another week of "solo questing".

Tuesday Week 4: We meet for our next Live Call.

Who Are You To Create & Run The GFIG?

Like you, I am neurodivergent, and (probably not like you!) I'm an accredited Sex & Relationship Therapist and Clinical Supervisor.

I'm also a researcher and writer, and the entire GFIG journey is built on the framework of my forthcoming book on neurodivergent sex and intimacy.

Let me introduce myself properly...

Image of Tiga-Rose Nercessian (she/her), a Sex & Relationship psychotherapist specializing in erotically marginalized people, including those who are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, kinky, queer, and non-monogamous.

Hello! I'm Tiga-Rose Nercessian (she/her)

I’m an accredited Sex and Relationship Psychotherapist. I’m also a specialist trainer, clinical supervisor, and academic researcher. I have been working in this field since 2015.

I have an innate awareness of what most people don’t look at, either because they don’t want to or can’t bring themselves to do so alone.

Personally, I am a queer, multi-neurodivergent, multi-ethnic synaesthete, and I serve the communities I belong to. These aspects of who I am form and inform me and my practice.

My aim is to support and empower you to have happier, healthier, and more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others – whatever that looks like for you.

This Is For You If:

You identify as Neurodivergent: Whether you are Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, etc, clinical or self-diagnosed.

You're tired of "Normal" Advice: You’ve tried the mainstream sex and relationships tips and they felt icky.

You value Inclusivity: You want a space that is explicitly queer-friendly, trans-affirming, kink/ENM positive, and anti-racist.

You prefer a Slower Pace: You want time to process information (the one-week-gap between the handout and the call).

You want Autonomy: You aren't looking to be "fixed"; you’re looking for a toolkit to build your own version of pleasure.

This Isn't For You If:

You are seeking Therapy: The Guild is an educational and peer-led community. It's environment is not a substitute for professional 1-on-1 support.

You want a "Dating App" environment: While we foster connection, it is a sanctuary for learning and personal growth, not cruising.

You struggle with Diversity: We're a "Big Tent" community. If you are uncomfortable with queer, kinky, or non-traditional relationship structures, it's not for you.

You want "Quick Fix" Hacks: Our community quest takes about a year for a reason. Real intimacy shifts happen through slow integration, not overnight shortcuts.

Social Safety

Vetting & Due Diligence: All prospective members must complete a short application form.

The Guild Guidelines: Every participant must explicitly agree to privacy and confidentiality.

Presence & Connection (Cameras On): As this is a collaborative community, cameras must be on during live sessions, for connection and security.

Recording & Accessibility: To support neurodivergent processing, all sessions are recorded and available in the Portal.

Low-Pressure Participation: While we value presence, your "voice" is yours to control, and participation is always welcome but never forced.

No More ADHD Tax!

We all know about - and loathe - the ADHD tax (late fines, forgetting to cancel subscriptions, etc.). As an ND-specific Guild, we aim to minimise this in 3 ways:

1. One Month Free: Explore the Guild with zero upfront cost.

2. Trial Reminders: We’ll email you before your trial ends, so there'll be no surprise charges.

3. One-Click Cancellation: No hoops to jump through, you can leave anytime via the portal, or you can email us and we'll do it for you.

4. Bi-Annual Check-ins: Every 6 months, we’ll ask if you’re still using your sub. If not, we’ll prompt you to cancel.

Expanding The Map

The Guild is designed to grow with you. Upcoming additional specialised expansions include sidequests (such as for poly peeps or synaesthetes), and expert masterclasses with guest neuro-affirming educators.

These specialised add-ons will be available to active members as optional upgrades.
