The Neurodivergent & LGBTQ+ Sex Playbook

An affirming, activity-based guide for queer neurodivergent adults to unmask, map their sensory needs, and discover intimacy that works for them.

The Sex Book You Didn’t Know You Needed.

There is no shortage of sex books telling you how it’s supposed to work.

What they rarely offer is the invitation to pause, reflect, and discover what genuinely resonates with you.

Especially for queer neurodivergent adults, navigating intimacy can feel confusing, alienating, or shaped by assumptions that never considered your unique heart, mind, or nervous system.

The Neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ Sex Playbook is not a set of rules or a step‑by‑step guide, but a compassionate tool for exploration.

Grounded in lived experience, accessibility, and radical self-advocacy, the book explores topics rarely centred elsewhere, including masking, meltdowns, consent, neurodivergent arousal, and the impact of ADHD medication.

This book isn’t about becoming palatable, performative, or ‘normal’. It’s about feeling more at home in your body, clearer and more confident in your wants and limits, and more empowered to shape sex and reclaim intimacy on your own terms.
