The NSP Guild is designed specifically for neurodivergent adults. Whether you are straight, vanilla, and monogamous, or LGBTQIA+, queer, kinky, or polyamorous, this is a safe, non-judgmental space built to help you understand and explore intimacy on your terms.

How The Guild Works
The NSP Guild is designed for neurodivergent brains and bodies, to prevent burnout and maximize accessibility:

1 Book > Five Courses: Only choose the chapters that interest you, or complete the whole book together. Your choice

Capped at 8 People: Small, tight-knit cohorts ensure psychological safety,no crowding, and meaningful pair and group exercise spaces.

No Pre-Recorded Videos: No 20-hour video courses sitting unwatched. All content comes in digestible weekly PDFs.

Structured 60-Minute Group Calls: Wednesdays are reserved for structured practising, and group processing, with no awkward silences or forced participation.

Built-in Rest Weeks: Every module includes a week off in Week 4, to give your nervous system time to integrate.
How Will My Intimate Life Change?
You are welcome to go through The Neurodivergent Sex Playbook alone and you will still learn a lot about yourself. That said, there are even more benefits from doing it in a live, small-group setting.

Small Cohorts for Safer Practicing
Invitation & Resting
The NSP Guild is specifically designed around choice, consent, and integration.
You will be invited to reflect, participate, and experiment at a pace that respects your nervous system and your boundaries.
This is steady, supported work rather than pressure to perform.
Contained Community
Each cohort is capped at 8 participants. In this instance, size does matter!
Joking aside, it gives each person more room for meaningful discussion, quieter processing, thoughtful questions, and safer pair or breakout work.
We have time to get to know each other.
Nothing to Get Wrong
The weekly activities are invitations to self-discovery and exploration. As you are the expert on you, only you can tell what your unique responses will be.
You can't get it wrong (or right!) as you will naturally have different answers to some, or all, of the other participants.
Meet Your Coach
I'm Tiga-Rose Nercessian (she/her). I’m an accredited Sex and Relationship Psychotherapist. I’m also a specialist trainer and academic researcher. I have been working in this field since 2015.
Personally, I am a queer, multi-neurodivergent, multi-ethnic synaesthete. These aspects of who I am form and inform me and my practice.
My work is trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming, ensuring you feel heard, held, and safe as we explore together.
The NSP Guild was born out of desire to make my activity book contents more accessible for more people to practice.
