Welcome To The Relationship Allotment
Personally, I find standard dating advice is often like trying to plant a forest in a car park. We're told what to say and how to look on a date, but if the terrain isn't right, even the best seeds won't grow.
Let's stop hunting or scrolling for relationships, and instead tend to the space in our lives where they could flourish.
The Relationship Allotment is for anyone looking to cultivate a new intimate relationship. It's a yearlong, intentional coaching experience designed to help you clear the weeds of the past, tend to your emotional soil, choose what you want to cultivate, and nurture the space required for new intimacy to take root and bloom.
Tell Me More!Is Your Soil Depleted?
Most of us weren’t taught how to choose partners or set boundaries. We focus more on who we're looking for than on who we are. In doing so, we can adopt roles such as:
The Over-Functioner
You carry all the emotional weight, do all the relationship life-admin, and accommodate everyone else until you are completely burned out and resentful.
The Masker
You adapt, compromise, and shape-shift so much to keep a partner happy that your own authentic needs, boundaries, and quirks get completely buried.
The Intimacy Chaser
You find yourself stuck in the same exhausting loops - different partner, same patterns. You're either chasing people who pull away or realising you’ve built a wall so high that no one can actually get close.
If you keep planting seeds in the same tired soil, you’ll keep getting the same harvest. The Allotment is about doing things differently.
Any Crop, Any Plot
Whether you are looking for one monogamous relationship, an ENM ecosystem, or a QPP, whether you're totally vanilla or kinky af, you are most warmly welcome here.
The type of relationship you want is entirely up to you, as long as it's between consenting adults.
In the Relationship Allotment, we don't start with the person you're looking for.
We start with you.
Once you understand your own terrain, you can decide exactly what you want to grow there. Over the year, we explore:
-
Your relationship preferences and dreams
-
Your specific needs and boundaries
-
Your heart's true desires.
What Do You Get In The Relationship Allotment?
You get:
1. 24 Group Gardening Sessions
Biweekly 90-minute coaching calls to dig into the practicalities of your relational life.
2. The Community Allotment: A private, intentional maximum cohort of 12 adults, committed to their own journey to cultivate their new relationships, too.
3. The Seasonal Curriculum: A yearlong, monthly-themed plan to help you clear the weeds of the past, sow new seeds, and selectively cultivate what flourishes in the space you've made.
Why An Allotment?
The Relationship Allotment provides you with a dedicated space and seasonal structure to change your relationship terrain.
It moves away from the high-pressure hunt, towards a gentle and intentional way of cultivating relationships. Together, we focus on:
-
The Soil: Understanding your unique relational and emotional needs.
-
The Weeds: Gently clearing the patterns and "shoulds" that clog your growing space.
-
The Seasons: Learning to pace your vulnerability so you don't get burned by the first frost.
It’s about cultivating space in your life that's naturally hospitable to the kind of intimate relationship you actually want.
One Year, Four Seasons, Twelve Themes.
Drawing on over twenty therapeutic modalities, we follow the natural cycle of the growing year in Europe.
Autumn - Clearing & Planning
Winter - Decomposing & Protecting
Spring - Sowing & Growing
Summer - Tending & Harvesting

Low-Demand Structure
For High-Yield Harvest
An allotment needs regular but not constant attention.
We create this together through:
-
The Consistent Timing: Biweekly 90-minute call on Mondays at 4 pm (UK time). This pace allows you to reflect between sessions.
-
The Collaborative Atmosphere: Come as you are for the community calls, whether you're in gardening gear or under a duvet, you are welcome as long as you're fully clothed.
-
The Cup of Tea Break: A mid-programme "tea in a deck chair" community call. No themed content, just an opportunity to bask in your progress together.
By being part of a friendly, relaxed community, you can enjoy the exploration of what you want in an intimate relationship in a fun, safe, and satisfying way.
Working With the Weather
As in any allotment, there are no guarantees as to exactly when the first fruit appears.
Much as I would love to, I can't promise that you’ll walk away with a new relationship in 12 months.
What I do guarantee is that you will leave in a significantly better position to date, connect, and sustain relationships that actually fit you and your life.
By focusing on your unique terrain, you'll have greater clarity and discernment to sort through the relationship options that arise, and to know when the right connection arrives and is worth cultivating.
Is The Allotment For Me?
Yes if:
1. You want to understand your own patterns, preferences, and desires before, or while, looking for a partner.
2. You are looking for a chill and intentional 12-month community pace rather than an individual or quick-fix intensive.
3. You value an inclusive space for neurodivergent, queer, poly, and kinky adults, even if you don't identify with those labels yourself.
No if:
1. You want a matchmaker, as we are here to tend to your growth, not to provide potential partners or a dating pool within the group.
2. You want or need therapy, as this is group coaching, not a replacement for 1:1 clinical mental health treatment.
3. You want a quick fix or dating hacks to get a date by Friday, this 12-month seasonal process will feel too slow for you.

Meet The Head Gardener
I'm Tiga-Rose Nercessian (she/her). I’m an accredited Sex and Relationship Psychotherapist. I’m also a specialist trainer and academic researcher. I have been working in this field since 2015.
Personally, I am a queer, multi-neurodivergent, multi-ethnic synaesthete. These aspects of who I am form and inform me and my practice.
My work is trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming, ensuring you feel heard, held, and safe as we explore together.
I'm an RHS lifetime member and an avid gardener, with a penchant for hellebores.
Secure Your Place In The Relationship Allotment
