Schedule a ConsultationThe Therapeutic Process
What we can expect of each other when we work together.
Therapy is a collaborative process of active participation. While I am here to provide a safe, supportive container, the depth of our work depends on what you bring to the space. This can include emotional content, sexual or identity-based concerns, or the specific challenges within your intimate relationships.
Starting therapy is a courageous endeavour, as you need to be willing to reflect on your own behaviours. This includes both the capacity to be challenged and to praise yourself as you acknowledge your progress.
Unlike some other forms of psychotherapy, Sex & Relationship Therapy can be more directive. To help embed new ways of relating to yourself and others, I will often offer you activities or exercises to explore between our sessions. These may be reflective, communicative, or, for those in relationships, focused on consensual touch.
What Clients Are Saying
"Tiga-Rose is as insightful as she is delightful! Her words were phrased in just the right way for my ears to receive them. It's rare that people are honest, especially with the not so pretty stuff.
She was able to pinpoint internal struggles I've had since I can remember that no one else has even picked up on, let alone put them into words. She's left me a better person, on a better path with more love and acceptance for myself."
C.M.
"Over the past 9 months, my weekly sessions with Tiga-Rose have been the most important way for me to develop insight as to how to transform. No matter what I lament over, Tiga-Rose can point out even the smallest positive to take from it.
I find her support has lingered in me. I was recently on a walk and heard her voice in my head encouraging me and challenging me to ask the difficult questions!"

1. Schedule a Call
Select a time that suits you below. I recommend that all individuals who want to attend therapy are on this initial call.
2. Meet
We meet for around 20 minutes on Google Meet. We will discuss the challenges you are facing and the outcomes you hope to achieve to ensure we are a good fit to work together.
3. Reflect
Following our call, you will receive some reflective questions to help you reflect on your choice of therapist. If we are a good fit, we will email you with details on how to proceed.
4. Decide
Once we've agreed a session time, you'll digitally sign your contract and receive a Welcome Pack. After all the paperwork is completed, you will receive a private recurring calendar invitation, and we are ready for our first session!
