Our Heart's Foiling
A Relational Psychedelic Integration Circle

A free monthly online space

First Thursday Evening of Each Month

Reading the Trail After the Journey

Our Heart’s Foiling takes its name from the gentle art of tracking. It's an old term for the subtle impression left behind when an animal moves through the brush. Sometimes, it's a clear, obvious footprint in wet mud, but often, it is a bent blade of grass, a bruised leaf, or disturbed moss.

Our Heart's Foiling is a monthly held, reflective community space for tracing the tracks left by psychedelics on, and in, our intimate relationships.

Why Heart's Foiling?

Foiling is the the quiet, undeniable evidence of passage. Just as animals leave signs of passage, so psychedelics also leave foilings too, especially on our hearts.

An expanded state can open up vast new emotional landscapes, dissolve old defences, uncover tender truths, or completely shift how we relate to our bodies, our partners, and our desires.

Yet when these experiences end, we are left back on ordinary ground, wondering:

  • What moved through here?

  • What has shifted in how I connect, love, or hold boundaries?

  • Where do we go from here?

We all struggle to understand the foiling of our own heart alone.

Tracing Our Heart's Foilings Together

In psychedelic spaces, things often feel exquisitely clear. You experience profound waves of love, an undoing of old shame, a visceral sense of connection, or a sudden, piercing clarity about what you need to thrive

Then you return to ordinary life.

You find yourself sitting across from a partner or on a date, wondering:

  • How do I explain that everything feels different now, without sounding completely bonkers?

  • Why do I feel closer to the universe, but strangely disconnected from the person sitting next to me?

  • Where do I take this sudden rush of erotic energy, sensory tenderness, or desire to change our dynamic?

Tracking our own patterns is notoriously difficult alone. Most psychedelic spaces focus solely on the solitary self, leaving you stranded when trying to integrate deep relational shifts.

What Our Circle Holds
& What We Leave Outside

Within Our Circle

  • A tracker’s gathering
    A facilitated
integration circle held by a trauma-informed, accredited sex and relationship therapist, rooted in psychedelic therapy practices.

  • Tracing intimate terrain
A dedicated clearing to read the marks left on our intimate lives after psychedelic states.

  • Acceptance of (bio)diversity
Deep reverence for all relationship styles, neurotypes, sexualities and unique paces of passage.

  • Grounded sense-making
A daylight space for ordinary reflection, self-inquiry, and shared wisdom.

  • Total autonomy
You set your own pace, hold your own authority, and share only what you choose.

Beyond Our Boundaries

  • No trading in the brush
Strictly zero sourcing, buying, selling, or gifting of psychedelic substances.

  • No journeying on the trail
This is a circle of integration, so no active ceremonies, trips, or guided medicated states.

  • No hunting for partners
An open conversation, but strictly clothes on and never a dating or cruising space.

  • Not a field hospital
A reflective group container, not acute clinical crisis intervention or a substitute for individual therapy.

  • No spiritual bypassing
Grounded integration in the real world, without bullshit, pretension, rigid dogma, gurus, or pre-packaged answers.

Whose Heart Is This Circle For?

Our Heart's Foiling is open to adults who are looking for meaningful community to integrate relational aspects of psychedelic experiences, whether recent or from a long time ago. You belong here if:

  • General integration circles feel too narrow, as most spaces stop at personal epiphanies, leaving you with nowhere to unpack how journeys impact your partnership dynamics.

  • You crave genuine community over solitary sense-making. You are looking for a warm, open-hearted circle of fellow travellers where your experiences with intimacy, vulnerability, and altered states are met with curisority and shared understanding.

  • Your desires or boundaries have moved. You have touched new truths about connection, body awareness, or autonomy, and want a grounded, non-judgemental space to explore what those shifts mean in everyday life.

What Will We Explore Together?

  • Tracing Relational Foilings
Identifying the subtle ways your attachments, relational triggers, and emotional communication have moved.

  • Sexuality, Sensuality & Grounding
Supporting somatic, sensual, and erotic awareness that psychedelics awaken into ordinary, real-world connection.

  • Translating the Ineffable
Finding compassionate, everyday language to share your shifts with partners & lovers without alienating them.

  • De-Shaming Needs & Desires
Unpacking relationship truths and unconventional desires in a held environment free from pathologising or spiritual bypassing.

  • Community Wayfinding
Sharing reflections, practicing honest communication tools, and learning alongside a circle of peers on similar paths.

Who is Holding the Circle?

Hello! I'm Tiga-Rose Nercessian (she/her).

As an accredited sex & relationship therapist and specialist in neurodivergence, I offer neuro-affirming, trauma-informed individual and intimate partner therapy, as well as group spaces and courses.

As a queer, multi-neurodivergent, mixed-race practitioner, my work sits firmly at the intersection of lived experience and evidence-based, trauma-informed care.

I am currently training in Psychedelic Therapy, and I created Our Heart's Foiling to bridge the divide between the clinical and the experiential integration.

I aim to offer a circle where you can bring the wild, tender, and confusing shifts of your psychedelic journey back down to earth, held by someone who understands both the clinical nuance of relationships and the delicate art of integration.
