Meet your hosts!

Esther Lemmens

Esther (she/they) is a Queer Mystic, intuitive designer, and LGBTQIA+ advocate.

She is an artist, writer, and gentle activist. Generally non-conforming, she likes to refer to herself as a ‘rebel with a cause.’ Their motto is “do YOUR thing, YOUR way,” and they passionately believe that authentic, unapologetic and at times radical self-expression is the most important gift we can give to ourselves – and to the world.

Esther is queer, pansexual, and polyamorous, and the founder and host of the Fifty Shades of Gender podcast. She has just released her first course/workshop, How To Be A Better Gender-Diverse Ally.

Esther moved to the UK from her native Netherlands in 1999, is a lover of good food and fancy tea, and has a weak spot for beautiful books and oracle decks. Fully embracing her neurodivergent witchy self, she hugs trees, talks to cats, and doesn’t care if people think she’s weird.

Tiga-Rose Nercessian

Tiga-Rose (she/her) is a multi-certified Sex & Relationship Psychotherapist, qualified general Counsellor, with an Advanced Diploma in Relationship Psychotherapy. She's also a trainer and researcher. She's been working in this field since 2015.

Tiga-Rose founded Intimata and leads a quietly subversive life. She's an ‘and’ person more than an ‘or’ person. She's pro-science and pro-spirituality.

Tiga-Rose is proud to say she's a mixed race, queer, kinky, non-monogamous, multi-neurodivergent person.

These aspects of who she is form and inform her and her practice.
